Annual Maintenance contract

Sign up for an annual maintenance contract to ensure everything is working correctly with your alarm system.

Our annual maintenance contracts cost between £99 to £139* per year + also require a one-off SSAIB certification cost of £86 (to do the relevant checks to ensure your system is installed to British Standards & provide you with signed-off paperwork).

*Extra sensor charge (over 8): costs assume the system is a 'standard-sized system' - i.e. with 8 or less sensors.  Systems with more sensors are charged at a higher fee (£3 per sensor above 8).

SSAIB Certification for insurance compliance

Depending on your insurance company, you may be required to have your alarm system certified by either SSAIB or NSI.  This certification process certifies that your alarm system has been installed to certain British Standards - essentially a proxy for a 'well-installed security system'.

Key things SSAIB certification checks for include:

  • Equipment Tampers

  • Battery Back-up

  • Equipment Labelling

  • Main Panel protection

Standard SSAIB certification costs £86 - including the actual issuing of the certificate & all the relevant system checks & paperwork.  Again, for larger systems over 8 zones, costs may be more.
