Upgrade your existing alarm system

If you've got an existing wired alarm system, you can easily upgrade your system to add app functionality, and bring your system up to modern standards - both in functionality & design.

The core to the upgrade is replacing the main 'alarm panel' and 'keypad' with updated version, whilst keeping all your existing sensors (as wired sensors are generally very reliable - N.B. you have the option to upgrade these too, but it's not necessary).

Add app control

Control your alarm system from anywhere around the world - from your bedroom to Bali! - so you never have to worry about whether you set your alarm or not. Upgrading to a smartphone functionality also gives you added alerts if any activity is detected in your property - e.g. when your cleaner / dog walker arrives on site.

Keep your existing sensors

We'd always recommend keeping wired sensors as they're the most reliable. 

Advanced systems like the Premier allow you to add both wired & wireless sensors - so you can easily expand your system in the future if you like.

Add new stylish keypad control

All our Premier system upgrades include replacing the system keypad, with a new LCD keypad - with a variety of different finishes available.

Future-proof it for the next 20 years

Many people's wired alarm systems are 20+ years old.  If you do the work to upgrade your current system, you can keep it for another 20 years. 

Estimated Costs

To give you a sense of how much an alarm upgrade costs, you'd be looking at c.£690 to £890 for a standard sized system - with £3 a month for the app control option. New replacement sensors cost in the region of £50 each to replace - if needed.

Larger more complex systems will cost more, depending on the levels of equipment that needs replacing.
